Review: This is a great china. It has a BIG sound, trashy to a degree, but not annoyingly so. It sort of reminds me of an A. Zildjian 20" China Boy Low I had back in the 1980's. It is the perfect mate to a smaller china, like the Twenty 18" China that I also use in my setup. I have had a few 22" Paiste Chinas, and I like this one the best. (I have also had the Dimensions 22" Power China, 2002 22" China, and the Sound Creation 22" Dark China.) Whereas most of those chinas had a sort of "swish" sound, this Thin China is more of the usual china sound-"chih". The volume makes for impressive accents, and it does decay fairly quickly. (it IS 22", so don't expect it to decay instantly) I is a great china to ride à la Simon Phillips, as it doesn't build up in a wall of sound.
As of this writing (September 2010) it is discontinued.
