Review: A nice precise "ding", sounds just like the Bell that Stewart Copeland used on the "Synchronicity Concert" home video. Kinda short sustain, so multiple accents can be accomplished. In comparison to the 6" Bell Chime, this is almost a Splash. This is a great add-on if you can find one. I also had the 8" Signature series Bell, and I prefer the 2002.

Review: I really like this. A surprisingly deep, crystal clear ping with a long sustain. It’s the aural equivalent of a fast running glacial stream on a crisp January (July for our southern hemisphere friends) morning.

I’m unsure of the correct word but it’s almost as if the sound modulates around your head – it has a hauntingly hypnotic tone.

Thankfully the volume is up to the task and provided you’re not playing thrash/grind at full pelt this cymbal can be heard adding its unique sound to your kit.
