Review: Medium weight china that feels/sounds medium heavy. Very stiff sounding at first, however sounds better when played live. Just tapping on this cymbal in the store makes it seem ugly sounding, but when played with the kit, it sounds much better. Has an open, harsh, stiff, thrashy, trashy, yet musical (classic 2002) sound. Very original china sound. Nothing like standard Chinas, and nothing like a Novo china. It's wild! I love this bad boy! The reflector finish tops it off, however leaves heavy stick marks when played. So, the only down side to this (and any reflector) is that you have to clean it, nearly after each use to keep the stick marks from messing this nice finish up. Overall I rate this china as a must try for anyone!

Review: I owned this china and i will tell you it is unlike any other china I have played by any company. Its got a KANG to it with a bit of trashiness to it. Its finish is incredible, 2002 reflectors are some of the sexiest cymbals around. It does need to be hit hard to get its full affect. Its attack is bright and kangy, so you ride it, you'll hear each hit clearly. I would only recommend this china if you play it with a set and in context of how you want to use it. I prefer the classic 2002 china sound and signature sound. I wouldn't return to this cymbal, but I don't think its bad at all, just different. And sometimes different is good.
